I used to take Twinlab's Ripped Fuel a few years ago. The original one with ephedra and experienced good results. I've never tried a ECA stack before. Just wondering how both compare. For sake of comparison here's the Diamond Labs one.

How would both compare in terms of effectiveness and side effects?

I didn't even get the claimed amount of caps in my Diamond Labs ECA. Would steer clear of them if you ask me
