I can't fathom the lvl of your IQ pulling up a past post. Says the one that was drinking lots then goes on to another liver toxicity drugs. There is no way your fit and healthy. Blood works does not tell you everything

I didn’t pull up anything. It’s the way the forum is programmed. When on my mobile and I reply to a thread if I scroll done it has ‘recommended reading’ on there it’s similar threads and just so happens it’s you talking about drinking or trying to quit ect.

I’ve quit drinking and the only drugs I’m currently on are 175mg test and 5mg cialis. I know ‘fit’ is subjective but a 7 days resting heart rate of 46. The ability to run 5km in 22 mins, 10km with a weighted vest on in 56 mins. Bench 1.5 times my body weight, dead lift 2.2 x and squat just under double all for 1 rep I must admit but still. Plenty of HIIT sessions, CrossFit ect and mountain biking and climbing I would say im pretty fit. Blood work does help see if any markers are elevated or where needs addressed but my vo2 max, RHR and training results would say I’m certainly in the top few % of the worlds population in terms of fitness but I’m not sure how you measure ‘fit’

I know it's ridiculousness the advertisement of alcohol. They make it look like it's going to quench your thirst but it does the opposite

Smirnoff is just vodka. There's no such thing as a higher quality vodka they all taste the same. There only nice when mixed with something

It happens over time I never intended it to be this way. It took a lot of effort a lot of drinking for me to become an alcoholic. Mental health issues, isolation, wanting to feel alive due to my past is a big thing for me, lots of factors comes into play. It's just I can say I don't want to not drink anymore starting from tomorrow but the more amount you drink the more your brain relies on the those chemicals even to the point of stopping producing adrenaline and dopamine. I'll know I'll wake up depressed as anything and I'll have little energy to shake it off I can't force myself to get up and go matter what I think. It's a vicious cycle but one that I know for a fact I'm going to beat
