Funny story:

Went to give blood with NHS but because I'm an such an inbetweener I filled out the forms honestly (ie yes I take unprescribed juicy drugs lol)

So I was turned away, sad times.

Question is: Does anyone have experience giving/letting blood privately?

I want to lower my RBC / Haem values as they're elevated. (See attached)

Any advice/banter/roasts welcome.

lol why on earth did you go all the way down there & do that  just tick no to every box....

That hemacrit level is pretty high, were you fully hydrated at the time you gave blood? If not it can give a higher reading than it actually is.

As others have said book another appointment or use a fake name.

Do you feel any pressure in your chest or neck from that high haematocrit? Does your heart feel laboured or pounding?

id have thought you'd feel unwell. What gear & how long you been on it?
Nothing at all haha. Feel great overall. Heart rate is ok RHR:~54

Blood pressure is in check too, very slightly elevated.

Been using 0.6ml test E 300 e4d (180mg e4d (~310mg weekly) for around 8 weeks now.) Aromasin used 12.5mg every dose of test.

Was using anavar tapering up from 50mg daily to 100mg daily over ~6.5weeks

Hopefully medichecks are just gobshites ?

My hemeglobin was 185 last July well into a cruise of just 150mg test and I give blood every 3 months , so it's can happen some are just more prone to it than others. Came off after that result and went to 167 if I remember correct within about 6 weeks
