Hello Lads, who protects eyes and who dont and if you dont how long have you been doing this for and have you had any problems with your eyes?

Well I'm not a lad - but I dont protect my eyes on the sunbed ...never have ...and I have developed cataracts ! it's not solely down to sunbed use - I had trauma to the eye when I was 18 and it was always a possibility that they would occur later in life ...however, I dont think the sunbed has helped

Whenever I have used them they give you those little gold things you fold over and place over the eyes.

Only get one set of eyes

i take mine off 1min before end so i done have white eyes

i just shut my eyes really really hard lol, didnt know it could be harmful till a year after i started using them, i was always staring at the UV tubes and looking around :S eyesite still 100%, duno if its going to cause problems in years to come

You can see that the skin around the eyes is more delicate to start with, and yes I do but I am not tanning my face at all at the moment cos I am doing milanotan and I think my face gets enough just with normal sunlight, even in the NW of England lol....

i work with uv and imo it would be stupid to not protect you eyes.

Goggles and I close my eyes. Irradiating my eyeballs is not on my list of good things to do - not even once.

Never used them ever, not even once lol and been going on sunbeds for like 2 years!

Just close my eyes tbh.
