i'm going to apologise in advance here guys

i am 6ft and 17 stone.

carry a well built frame but got some fat to lose

i am about to start a bulking cycle but i cant find a diet to suit me.

i dont want to put masses of fat on when doing this.

can anyone recommend a good diet i could use? even if you could point me to a good thread rather than having to write one i would be greatful.
