Im looking to cut for the end of november (13 weeks)

its quite far away, so have plenty of time...

my diet is

70g porridge (50g carbs)

chicken salad with 3 whole eggs mashed

tuna and rice with 3 eggs mashed (50g carbs)

steak with sweet potato

pb with shake

my pre workout is shake and 1 apple

my postworkout is protein/carb shake (50g carbs)

im currently 87kilos, looking to be around 80 for the deadlijne...

also im doing the pull/push leg routine that i picked up off another forum eod!

cardio will be 45 mins sscv eod after weights

will be doin abs and calves aswell......need to keep it in proportion as much as poss!
