Hi after been inspired by a thread where people admited using more shakes than meals i have changed by diet abitand just got back to bodybuilding, can anyone rate &give advice on my diet please, aiming to bulk up currently weight 11stone

7am - 50g whey 100g oats.

Banana

12.00 - tuna tin on 4 slices wholemeal bread

Crisps, yogurt and apple

4.00pm - 50g whey 100g oats

6.00pm - meat with pasta or rice (100g)

9.00pm 250g yogurt with honey and pint of milk

gna try and get another shake in mid morning

this is roughly what i normaly have on a notmal day gym days it changes abit

x2 Boiled Eggs

30g Whey Protein

Oats

Rasins

9:30

50g Whey Protein

Apple / Banana

Fish Oil Tabs / Olive Oil

12:00

Tuna

Wholemeal Bread

Salad

Natural Yogurt

2:30

50g Whey Protein

Apple / Banana

Fish Oil Tabs / Olive Oil

5:00

Meat

Pasta / Rice

Veg

7:30

Red Meat

Veg

9:00

Casien Shake

Peanut Butter

Pre Workout = 40g Whey Protein - Apple

Post Workout = 50g Whey Protein - Dextros / Maltodextrin

Thats a bit better and thats they type of foods you should be eating :thumbup1:

You need to work out how many calories / fats / proteins/ carbs you need daily and adjust your diet to that :)

Hi mate GymMad's diet is a lot better

You seem to be going with out food for to long, 1st meal 7am then nothing for 5 hours then similar as the day go on. try and eat every 2 to 3 hours and try to eat protein rich food in every meal. Check out other diets that have been posted.

Cheers for the advice guys i know i go a while without food but its due to work, and

my desk is right next to the bosses so cant sneak anything. Can try and geta quick protein bar or shake in my locker but i will take the advice and see what i can do
