Hi after been inspired by a thread where people admited using more shakes than meals i have changed by diet abitand just got back to bodybuilding, can anyone rate &give advice on my diet please, aiming to bulk up currently weight 11stone
7am - 50g whey 100g oats.
Banana
12.00 - tuna tin on 4 slices wholemeal bread
Crisps, yogurt and apple
4.00pm - 50g whey 100g oats
6.00pm - meat with pasta or rice (100g)
9.00pm 250g yogurt with honey and pint of milk
gna try and get another shake in mid morning
this is roughly what i normaly have on a notmal day gym days it changes abit
