hi, just after a guide on the 'cutting phase' that body builders do to lower bodyfat % but still maintain muscle. can anyone give me some links on how its done so i can use some of the techniques (even tho im not quite as hardcore as a BB'er)

There are all sorts of diets people use to cut bodyfat :thumbup1:

Keto, low carb, carb cycling just to name a few!

Losing weight is all about burning more calories than you consume

Your best bet is to have a good read in this losing weight section of the forum, you will find loads of infomation :thumbup1:
