hi i'm new to this site and about to start training but have a couple of questions. What supplements should I take I have multi vitamins, CEE, whey, weight gainer, l-glutamine have I missed anything? Also what sort of weight should i start with

Food, good and clean, plenty of protein and veg, little bit of carb and good fats (omega 3/6 etc)

Powders/shakes and bars should only supplement a good solid scran plan IMO.

Good multi vit with minerals to hedge your bets but it's best all coming from decent whole foods.

I just sucked an organic chicken off the carcass with a pile of sprouts, broccoli, carrots and a few spuds....tasted better than any whey!!
