Hi all,

How does Clen work? Say if I'm lifting natty on a cut, eating just under my daily calories 2400kcal. Surely taking Clen would be just like me running at a steady state jog through-out the day thus burning muscle rather than fat? :confused1:

Cheers

IMO you dont need clen unless your in your last 4-6weeks of dieting, ie throughout 70-80% of your contest prep or cutting your diet and cardio program should be doing all the fat burning and you only need Clen after the fat burning from diet and cardio has came to a hault ! But diet and cardio will still get you ripped ! Dont really think you need Clen mate !

Do you mean fat rather than muscle?

What it will do is raise your metabolic rate so adding a little extra to your calorie deficit. I wouldn't really bother with it bro, unless you are looking and shedding the last ounces of stubborn fat, the sides are just too nasty. Personally i don't think its worth shaking like having mild parkinsons all day, to burn a couple hundred extra calories or so.

I'm currently at 11/12% and it's pretty much ground to a halt. I've tried dropping some more cals but I'm literally eating like a Hobbit.

I've got Patella Chondromalacia so cardio is a big no-no for me. I've not trained leg's for almost a year now and I still have another 3-4 months before I'll be able to do light jogging. Whats T3 like as a fat burner?

Cheers

well i'm totally un-qualified to give you advice then cause i have no idea what that is !

all i can do is give my opinion = if you have somthing wrong with you like a disease or condition then SERIOUSLY watch what your taking and research it THOROUGHLY !

sounds like you shouldnt be touching anything steroid or beta-agonist related mate ! but as i said i'm not qualified to give you advice if you have a medical condition !

It's nothing that steroids would effect bud, It's wearing on the back of your knee's, running in the wrong shoes & not stretching caused the soft underside of my Patella to become inflamed, exercise makes it worse. The only way out is to rest the leg's, stretch and ice every day.

It's recommended you take clen with test so if you don't want to do test I wouldn't bother researching further

Get some cissus quadrilangus (not dure on the spelling) it can work wonders with joints. I suffer from patella tendonitis (or so they think). It's so hard with knee injuries to actually find out whats wrong. Can they not operate or have they said it will heal naturally? Is it torn or just worn?

Bullsh1t! Start swimming and do some stationary cycling (low resistance)
Aye I tried the cycling for a bit but was still getting irritation. Might be something to do with the torn cartilage I'm not sure. I'll look into exercising it again after my arthroscopy results.

I did have both, fortunately the tendinitis has cleared up nicely. Watch yourself with this as I've tried Cissus and it only masks the pain and was warned away from it by my Orthapedist. If you don't rest and let it heal up scar tissue will form and then the pain will never go.

It's taken me 2 years to get this far, I saw my first Orthopedist just before I joined the Marines in 2008. I complained of knee pain & was told it was just simple over-use and that I'm fine going ahead with training. I then ended up ****ing it up big style in there and just made it a whole load worse & got medically discharged. Saw a 2nd Orthopedist who gave me an MRI and told me it was just straight Patella tendinitis. Did some re-search & wasn't happy with my diagnosis. I found out one of the top knee specialists is local tho & finally got an appointment with him (Stephen Bollen). He's almost 100% certain it's Chondramalacia but also noticed some loose torn cartilage kicking about on my MRI . I'm in for an arthroscopy at the end of September to confirm.
