I have recently decided to switch my training from cardio to bodybuilding. I have been training for 2 years now but getting rather bored. My fiance (Powerhousemcgru) body builds and he would like me to start with him.

Although he knows alot about this, I was hoping to get some advice from you girlies. If you could please give me some info on the best kind of diet to use- i have been using a lean diet with my cardio training and I obviously dont want that for the muscle training. :confused1: please help.

Any advice would be great.
