I normally do cardio after weights HIIT style for 20 mins and have the usual dextrose in my post shake.

Just interested to know peoples thoughts on what carbs to take post workout if any on a cardio only session for example 45 moderate intensisty.

Also am a bit confused about taking carbs after cardio when on a cut?

Any suggestions? Thanks
