right i tried keto wasnt sure if i liked it to be honest with u and not really sure i even entered ketosis!! even tho i got some serious head aches apparently a tell tale sign. either that or my misses hitting me while i was sleeping lol!!

im going try this carb cycle for a month and see how i do, i will post some pictures every week!! good luck me!! :thumbup1:
