Anyone use these hand grip clamp things??

I'd never heard of them, one of the lads at work has one.

They are numbered 1 to 4 with 0.5's between, he had a 1.5 (167.5 lb)

Most guys at work couldn't close it, he did 15 reps and I did 20 just to annoy him lol

Apparently only 5 perople have closed the number 4 (365lb), one being Magnus Samuelson.

I'm thinking of buying a number 2 & 3

ye, there is a CoC hall of fame for the number 4

i have the No1 and 2, almost closed a No3 a long time ago. they are great things, much better than the normal grip trainers

Yeah my mate has got one, recently closed number 1, moving onto number 2 next I think. I had a go and got number 1 about halfway!
