:cursing:tried an all over program last week which was mostly compound movements mon-wed-fri, dead lifted mon and friday now the workouts felt fine recovery seemed ok but sunday i woke up like i was hit by a train :cursing: .

the flu bug was what i felt like with all my joints sore and feelin cold no appetite, but thank goodness today feelin less sore and appetite comin back hope it wasnt the shock off all the stress of the compounds in one week cos i am plannin too stick at it a while but for now will leave it till wednesday and eating is back too normal

Take multi vitamins whilst training, sometime excessive training regimes lower your immune system because your body tries to constantly recover from muscle tissue tareness.
