hi guys just want some general diet advice i normaly eat chicken and rice fish smoked mackeral jacket potaotes peanut butter on toast i have 2 to 3 protein shakes a day mass gainer i put a few oats in my protein shakes for breakfast i also have tuna with mayo sandwiches

i dont feel like im gaining as much as i should be

start having snacks in between big meals like nuts, Greek yogurt, boiled eggs milk etc..I have a fast met so I'm kinda in the same boat so u just got to eat eat and eat some more!have 6 meals a day which doesn't include your shakes and then have the shakes on top of that. I eat around every 2-3hrs so you got enough time to digest the food and not feel too full and over time yr appetite will slowly start getting bigger!everything your eating is fine, just increase the portions a little and dont forget to add the veg with every meal for a balanced diet!!
