Does eating brown rice really make a difference compared to white. People are always saying make sure you choose brown over white. never tried brown rice but just have this feeling i wont like it

its not that bad, just takes ages to cook it, but pre-soaking it works, i put mine in a pot of water before i go to work then cook it at night.

cant remember why its better, think white has had something removed which makes it fast to digest or something, and brown is more slow release, same for white/brown bread.
