What did everyone have for breakfast this morning to set them up for the day?

A big bowl of muesli with banana and a coffee for me.

Breakfast is definitely the best meal of the day!

no meat/eggs/fish/whey?

i had 4 whole eggs and 1 slice of cheese in an omelette (Keto lol)

x2 whole boiled eggs

x2 shredded wheat

Rasins

x1 scoop of whey protein

I find it hard to eat within two mins of waking but give it a few hours and il be starving :thumbup1:

Cheated this morning, couldn't be bothered to make anything after getting out of bed. 1250 cal 50g prot sugar free choc mass shake + milk.

An hour and a half later ate leftover home made chicken curry and rice. Then pancakes and whey in milk. Beef and pasta soon, and sure I'll slip in some more pancakes later.

Been munching on celery and drinking green tea all day too. Blood pressure through the roof at the moment.

No protein?????

i had 75g quinoa, 20g whey protein, 3 egg whites,2 whole eggs,20g sulatans

Was running late so 20g protein shake at home & 3 boiled eggs in the car - I struggle to eat much first thing but usually have a bowl of museli & 45g protein shake.

5 weetabix a slice of melon and a banana and a cup of coffee, No protein at the mo Bulkpowders are taking liberties delivering been waiting 7 days :cursing:

Thats impressive considering the fact its only 11.05am!
