I have the book. Its good.

Probably a more useful reference guide than Anabolics as its more "real world" information.

Certainly recommended for new to intermediate trainers.

Thanks all , will defiantly buy a copy now .

Whats wrong with the peptides information @pscarb ?
i need to re-read the section again to give accurate details but 1 mistake was not including ipamorelin as a GHRP peptide when in fact it is a 3rd generation GHRP peptide.....there are other mistakes that to be fair are basics....

don't get me wrong the book overall is good and well worth the money i am just very picky when it comes to information on peptides
