I have posted some pictures on my other thread but has dose not point out there is pictures of my body on there. So I thought I would receive some advice this way.

I have all the links of websites that some members have sent me which is great thanks.

I would like experienced individuals to look at my body and shape as well as consider my height 5 foot 6 my starting weight of 10 stone 5 pounds (147 pounds)

here are my back and front body, tensed pictuires as follows.

My target weight is 15-16 stone muscle mass. I have gained my weight as it is now by drinking alot of milk, cheese, potatoes etc plus execersing with barbells, press ups, sit ups etc.

I am going to start on strength training first.

any constructive criticism and advice is appreciated.
