Hi

Im 36 66kgs eating approx 3000 calories a day.

I need 2363.1 calories per day to maintain my current weight without exercise

Im on this for 2 weeks. I was on cut before then. Ive noticed some bloating and wonder am I eating too much

Any advice would be great

Today for example

Workout - chest 6-7

Breakfast 7am

Bowl tesco muesli

Scoop of Gaspari Myofusion Protein powder

5g creatine

1030

2 Slices brown bread plus bowl scrambles egg

Mixed Fruit

12pm 2 scoops my protein hard gainer

130pm

mashed potato peas, breast chicken

3pm shake

100g oats

2 tablesspoons virgin olive oil

200g cottage cheese

banana

handfull blackberries raspberries

6pm tin tuna 100g nuts

9 protein powder

Normally each day is the same except 1030(mass gainer shake at weekends) and 130 meals9(n staff resturant)

How long should I keep this up as hate bloating and alot of weight seems to be going on stomach area-I understand this is where weight is 1st to go and last to leave

i hope to put on 10--15 kgs as i am very light at the moment

Probably intestinal bloat from all the food mate.,

No way you can train after eating? i find unless im fuelled up i might aswell go home.
