hi every 1 just need some advice ..help i have had a long long time out the gym and getting bk in to it but when i was younger i had a go on the gear .....not ready for it or no were near experienced enough to had gone on it as a result and in proper training i had ended up with bitch tits ...... probably from the lack of testosterone. any way the point is can any 1 give me some advice of getting rid of them work outs ect. or will i need some sort of estrgen suplerment thanks :confused1:
yer i have just bin reading it thanks mate i think its just the fatty tissue that am carring on the chest and am going to see the doctor to make sure thanks agin
:beer: nice 1 peter i have this is my second week bk thats why i ask for advice on work outs ect for my chest i have started with FLAT DB BENCH 4SETS 12,6REPS INCLINE DB BENCH SAME AS ABOVE SETs PULLOVER ON BENCH 3SETS 12> 8 REPS TBAR ROW WIDE 4 SETS 12>6 REPS AND CROSS OVERS 4 SETS 12>6 REPS INSTED OF PULL UPS :confused1: will that be enough pluss cv
