I usually take mine with my second meal, and my last meal of the day, just wondered if there were "optimum" times of day to take them, e.g just before/after training, on waking, before bed etc

Take them after your second pee of the day so it isn't coloured by the multi-vit dyes and you can monitor its colour - it should be a pale straw colour if you're correctly hydrated.

Your first pee is likely to be slightly darker and cloudier anyway - doesn't signify anything unless it's extremely so.
