I have chronic low hemoglobin that averages around 70 the normal level is around 120, I'm currently at 91

8 weeks ago I got back on low dose test cypionate at 100mg per week for couple of weeks and now at 150mg along with EQ at 300mg per week both are split dose

Now I know to most they're low doses but my main reason for using steroids is to raise haemoglobin, I was using injectable dbol too but stopped this week and added the sarm lgd with test and EQ because it was around

Iv read 16 weeks is max for EQ cycle but that's usually at around 500mg , if I stay at 300mg or 250mg can I 'cruise' like a trt test dose ? I'm just thinking to keep my hemoglobin as high as possible, yes I know about raised hematocrit but not too worried just yet

Mate, I’m not saying you won’t get your answer here, you probably will. If you want a quick answer, post in El Chapo’s thread 👍

I'd look at getting it seen to by a professional rather than self medicating. To actually answer your question, all anabolic steroids will increase your RBC count, therefore increasing haemoglobin, among other things like haematocrit. EPO would likely have the strongest effect.

Iv been under the specialists for years I get passed from pillar to post, been relying on blood transfusions regularly and the last time the hematology department decided I needed no further treatment even though I have chronic low hemoglobin and because I have chronic low levels they don't always give me blood, unfortunately self medicating is my only option.

Just be keep an eye on your e2 levels, as EQ has a habit of lower e2 especially if you run higher doses of EQ over test.

EQ lowers estrogen? I had been taking arimidex 1mg per week from week 1 to 8 but someone said it would affect the dianabol working so I stopped taking it but also now stopped dianabol too

What idiot said that? Maybe he meant it'll combat the water retention you might get from the dbol thus meaning you'll put less weight on but it won't effect the muscle building side of dbol, unless you take too much and crash e2 but 1mg per week isn't over doing it, however that dosage would be too much for me as i never suffer with e2 issues unless i take the piss. And yes i've seen many threads where people have even crashed their e2 using EQ and test he was taking bloods throughout and found out he had to take roughly a 70/30 ratio of test to EQ in order to keep e2 in a good range, so basically his sweet spot (which is different for everyone) was 400 EQ and 600 test, something like that anyway.

Interesting buddy. Do you think the same applies to Mast..?
I'd say for most people you'd need to run your test higher than your mast dose to get a happy e2 level but i'm not sure if mast is worse than EQ for lowering e2.

Like you, I don’t need an ai either. Sounds silly but when I’ve tried Mast I always feel a bit flat. I’ve googled the shit out of it, it all seems to be a bit inconclusive. I’m convinced it has all the traits of an AI, even though it can’t be 🤔🤷‍♂️😆

Could be right mate, i guess only regular bloods through a cycle would tell, long winded experiment tho lol but i'm positive EQ does, i was running a 500 test 500 EQ and 400 mast cycle earlier this year and i cut it short cos i felt like dog shit 6 weeks in, a number of lads saying i'll have crashed my e2, sacked it off, got bloods and my e2 was too low, so i just ran a very high dose sus for a month and sorted it out
