hey guys. was just wondering if anyone could recommend any good multi-vitamins? (cheap if possible)

im currently taking centrum. was taking alpha men from myprotein, but switched over to save £

Animal pak probley best but at moment am using alphamale from myprotein as is more convinient to get them from there.

Animal Pak is awesome, but not cheap....however....it is "much more" than a multi so it's hard to compare.

I think it's worth seeing multi's as either just basic vitamin pills (e.g. Centrum), or more "health & performance enhancers" like Animal Pack, Gaspari Anavite, Controlled Labs Orange Triad etc etc...where they include your daily vitamins, plus a host of health and performance enhancers like joint support, beta alanine etc.

Now Foods ADAM is certainly up there with the best. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

no mate these are not that strong highest rda is 3500%.

i have the superone from H and B,

you might be better off with thier ABC ones then their pretty good price as well
