Makes no difference in my eyes. Both are decent compound moves.

Depends on where you wish to see the most growth and on what you wish to go heavier.

Me personally, i do flat bench on smith first to max the load. Then Incline DB.

However if i wanted to put more emphasis on the upper chest- shoulder region then i would start with the incline smith and load the weight heavier and then flat dumbell.

Personal taste in my eyes, neither is right nor wrong. just a matter of where you wish to work the hardest.
