New gym openin in Caryford think it will cause lot local gyms probs.

www.crayfrodweightsandfitness.co.uk something like that.

Their 3rd gym in uk to have alot of the equipment. NO membership just train and also they do Monthly.

Been training at Beefs and babes for a while now - Great gym, one of the best in the area! Will check out the new one on crayford once open, supposed to open in November.
