Good reasons NOT to use a false grip on Bench press!

The one at 54 seconds cracked me up, :lol:

I doubt they were hurt, the rib cage is pretty strong and the weight was spread out, the 2nd one got it more on the gut, which had plenty of padding by the looks of it.

I've seen a few people nearly lose their heads when benching in shirts, as soon as you come out of line and it flips, there is not a lot you can do but hope for an observant spotter.
