Just creating my bulking diet and I am after the nutritional values of banana's and baking potatoes (average size). Can't find them on Tesco, and have no packaging in the house for either, so if anyone has something that would be great. Just need Kcal, protein, carbs, and fat.

Potatoes white, flesh and skin, baked 150g (medium size) 141cals 32g carbs 3g protein 0g fat

Bananas 118g (medium size) 105cals 27g carbs 1g protein 0g fat.
