Ok - gym really busy yesterday so had to swap a few things round. Started off with usual incline barbell press (progress is still really SLOW on this lift...not quite sure why, tends to be that way on most of the bench press movements I do).

Usually go onto a flat bench movement but gym was packed so decided to do some weighted dips (really felt to chest working these). Then decline bench (hardly ever do these but thought "why not") then finished off with heavy incline flyers.

Then calves - the usual standing then seated calf raises (heavy calf day)

Overall both chest and calves feeling pretty sore today.

Any certain areas you feel need work to make you happy?
Think triceps (and probably arms in general) need more mass - can never have too big a back as well (made some progress in this area since it was a weak point, but still some way to go)...they're the two main areas at the moment.

Right back good a sore today - yesterday's workout:

Deadlifts few warm -up sets, then 5x5

Weighted Pullups (wide & narrow grip...really slow on the descent)

T-Bar Rows

Seated Cable Rows

Pulldowns

Today - cardio first thing done (just on the cross-trainers like some space out zombie for 40 mins).

What sort of weight do you do on the deadlifts, I usually do 4 sets of 6 reps.

Cardio 7am then arms (nothing out of the ordinary)

Rope pulldowns (warm up the elbows)

Close Grip Bench

Dips

Dumbell tricep extensions (extra careful on these since they can sometimes aggravate me elbow, went light doing FST-7)

Dumbell Curls

Preacher Curls

Hammer Curls

Cable Bicep curls (FST-7)

Still sitting at 200lbs.
