A BIG HI TO ALL #

first time here iam 33 14.5 st 5ft 7inc drive a wagon all day crap diet

but hey we all gota start somewere

i have started the gym a few months ago tryn to sort me self out

i know am a late starter but guna give it a go anyway

Welcome Pike - cut out the Yorkie bars & Tizer & check out the diet section on here:thumbup1:.

Remember your fitness goals are not done at a sprint, but at a marathon speed - pace yourself.

With consistency you will make good progress. Good luck.

thats strange iv never eatn a yorkie bar and im a wanabe trucker well come to think of it i dont eat chocklate at all really so wy am i so fat lol:whistling: :whistling: :whistling:
