I never train them - at the mo too much fat to see them, however im working hard to change that.

At the mo i train all my bodyparts and kinda try and do some ab work at the end of a session....however i never do as im so tired from training.

I know its important to train everything, but my abs dont get touched apart from when im squatting etc.

Really want to start, maybe il throw it in on a rest day.

Can someone give me an ab routine cos i have never really trained them directly and would like to start.

How many times a week should i train abs and what should i do ?

I also neclect my abs. Get to the end of the workout and can't be bothered to do them. A friend suggested doing them before a cardio session, that way you are nice and fresh.

I do crunches on the crunch bench, and leg raises.

i train my abs 2 x per week along with Calves. Normaly a tues and thur(sort if days off)

I do Crunches/Rope Crunches/Hanging knee raises job done.
