1: 4 weetabix, 3 scoop true whey, 2 yogurt ---------60g protien
2: 2 tin tuna sandwich -------------------60g protien
3: 100g pasta 200g chicken.--------------------45g protien
4: 100g pasta 200g chicken.--------------------45g protien
5: 3 scoops true whey 1 scoop vertigo ------60g protien --------training days
-----------------------------------------------------------3 scoop whey+oats = 60g protien on non training days
6: 3 scoops true whey 1 scoop vertigo ------60g protien---------training days
6: dinner--------------------------------------30g+ protine
7: 6 raw eggs -------------------36g protien

total protein 476 per training day. 396 non training days. Not inlcuding snacks/yogurts/milk etc.

Him: mention im more a powerlifter so its high protein as you can see so only counted protien..if get to fat drop carbs etc..altho that dont help me ahahah
Him: Im thinking of 1mg adex EOD, But what would you guys recomend the caber to be dosed at , I think im gyno prone too as had gyno when i was a kid(still got it) so dont wanna take any risks
