Copied exactly how hes wrote it, im not illiterate like he is!

Cycle: Test,Tren,Dbol,t3,DNP,adex,caber

Week 1-2 Dnp 200mg (giong up to 400mg if i feal like it)

week 2-15 [email protected]

week 2-12 [email protected]

week 2-8 [email protected]

Week 2-5 [email protected]

week 14-15 Dnp 200mg (giong up to 400mg if i feal like it)

Diet.

1: 4 weetabix, 3 scoop true whey, 2 yogurt ---------60g protien

2: 2 tin tuna sandwich -------------------60g protien

3: 100g pasta 200g chicken.--------------------45g protien

4: 100g pasta 200g chicken.--------------------45g protien

5: 3 scoops true whey 1 scoop vertigo ------60g protien --------training days

-----------------------------------------------------------3 scoop whey+oats = 60g protien on non training days

6: 3 scoops true whey 1 scoop vertigo ------60g protien---------training days

6: dinner--------------------------------------30g+ protine

7: 6 raw eggs -------------------36g protien

8: 3 scoop true whey + milk---------------------------60g protien

total protein 476 per training day. 396 non training days. Not inlcuding snacks/yogurts/milk etc.

Me:you havent actually asked a question, just written out ya cycle and that is it

Him: oh lol um if its a good cycle..and my diet etc

Him: mention im more a powerlifter so its high protein as you can see so only counted protien..if get to fat drop carbs etc..altho that dont help me ahahah

Him: Im thinking of 1mg adex EOD, But what would you guys recomend the caber to be dosed at , I think im gyno prone too as had gyno when i was a kid(still got it) so dont wanna take any risks

So he's a chub then? :lol:

Cycle isn't that bad really and I've seen worse diets. I don't understand why he's running the T3 for only 3 weeks. It'd probably be more useful at 50mcg for the duration of the cycle.

i wont comment on the dnp as i have limited exp with it

cycle looks ok but i would drop the dbolat week 4....then start again at weeks 12-15

diet needs work....tbh it needs taking to the drawing board

he needs fruit and veg in there

but with dnp i know carbs are/can be a problem

he needs to research dnp diets...as well as t3 use with dnp as im sure there is some connection with the two

Him: say that the diet on dnp...will have lots of fruit with each meal becuase the liver need the glucose or some **** form teh fruit wich will lesson fatigue etc....

Hmmmm

Well, Not sure why the DNP is in there, 200mg is pretty tame but with tren in the mix he might just feel hot as hell.

Peronally I would do it after the cycle post PCT myself.

I can see his prioritize on protein, less shakes in my book would be better.

Bloat from the dbol might be pretty bad.

DNP tends to hold water too.
