NOX, does anyone else suffer from lack of sleep and other side effects or is it just me???

i've have had only 4 hours sleep and feel like i've drunk 10 red bulls and popped a load of ephedrine, worse still i tried to get frisky with the missus and well to put it blunt, i didn't need pumped up fvcking triceps which is ALL that got pumped:cursing:

Me me me :lol: i cant sleep worth **** on training days due to jak3d and same with the tri's :lol: its nightmare. And it makes my legs twitch for sum reason :thumb:

yeah but Lil Khaos was comatose, i can't have that FFS that's why i stopped taking ephedrine

When i first started DY NOX Pump i didn't really get to sleep until around 4am most mornings (and that was taking it at 7pm). Seems to have worn off now

Pretty common side effect with DY NOX - best to take it around 6hrs before bed, especially if you're sensitive to stimulants and this pre-workout contains a lot lol
