Alright everyone, im new to this forum and thought id jump right into things and show you my progress so far. Well any way I started off six months ago at 5"5 and a 110 lbs (sorry have no before pics) and am now upto 145 lbs, heres some pics I took yesterday.





advice appreciated.

As for my routine, it's quite straight forward.

Monday - Chest / Triceps

Dumbbell Bench Press 10x3

Incline Barbell Bench Press 10x3

Weighted Dips Max x 3

Skullcrushers 3x10

Tuesday - Legs

Leg Extensions 15x3

Squats 10x4

Lunges 10x3

Standing Calf Raises 15x5

Thursday - Shoulders

Dumbbell Shoulder Press 10x3

Upright Rows 10x3

Lateral Raises 12x3

Rear Delt Raises 12x3

Saturday - Back / Biceps

Wide Arm Pullups Max x 3

Dumbbell Rows 10x3

Lat Pulldowns 10x3

Deadlifts 5x5

Seated Dumbbell Curls 12x4

great progress mate, do you eat a standard diet or high/low fat/carb etc? also are you natty?
My diet isnt too strict I eat a low amount of saturated fats, high protein (about 200g) and the rest mainly comes from complex carbs. I also dont use any supplements except Optium Nutrition Serious Mass once per day. And yeah im still natty.
