Add 2.5kg to small lifts and 5kg to big lifts each week.

my calculator says 5x5 is 25??? :)

i think its gonne depend on what type of 5x5 youg gonna be doing isnt it?

are you doing all sets at the same weight?

are you having your first 4 sets as warms ups for the final set?
