A new PB for me, first time ever squatting this heavy.... usually stick to 15 reps with 130kg

[yes i know i've spelt sponsored wrong!] :tongue:

you have the bar quite high but still manage to sit well into it without leaning forward.

i reckon you could be built for squatting

cheers, yes i like it at the top of my traps as i hardly feel the bar weight that way...

i'm a dumpy 5ft 9 with short legs so i love squatting :thumb:
