Went to open a vial by the flip lid but the whole stopper came out and the lid did not even come off.
The question is should I dispose of the whole vial now knowing it’s not air tight and risk getting an infection?

You know when you know the answer but ask any way thanks in advance.

I'd just push the stopper back in and crack on.
If you're really worried, pin the whole 10ml before it gets contaminated bud.

Its probably been made in some grotty garage mate, i wouldn't worry too much, defo get the free one but use both imo.

Or what you could do is to draw the rest of the liquid into separate syringes, kinda like pre-load style.
