Squats, hack squats and leg press - if your doing squats drop the hack or vice versa.

Maybe do squats (your choice what kind)

Leg press

Extensions

Walking lunges.

I usually do leg extensions first but I know people disagree with this due to pre-exhausting the quads before the heavy stuff begins.

will try that for sure!!!!!!!

so does this routine look ok?

wanna do it this way aswell because i have a tendancy to go overboard with alcohol, and if im training on a sat or a sunday it will give me more motivation to stay off the thatchers!!!!

You could do hams, calves and abs on another day, so your routine becomes a rolling routine over the weeks.

So what was legs day 1, week 1 will be day 3, week 2 - see below

Week 1

day 1 - legs

day 2 - off

day 3 - chest + biceps

day 4 - off

day 5 - back (including deadlifts)

day 6 - off

day 7 - shoulders and triceps

Week 2

day 1 - Hams, calves and abs

day 2 - off

day 3 - legs

day 4 - off

day 5 - chest + biceps

day 6 - off

day 7 - back (including deadlifts)

Week 3

day 1 - shoulders and triceps

day 2 - off

day 3 - Hams, calves and abs

day 4 - off

day 5 - legs

day 6 - off

day 7 - chest + biceps

Week 4 will begin with back (including deadlifts)
