New to this site, very impressed, sorry if this has been asked a thousand times, but........ £ for £ what is the best supplement on the market for gaining size / strength without gaining fat.... cheers all..

Milk, if you're not lactose intolerant. 80ish grams of protein for a quid or so, plus carbs, vits, mins and fat if not skimmed. Can't beat it really.

Supplements - would have to be a protein powder of your choice. Make sure you love the taste and can afford to supplement your diet with it regularly and it'll be the best investment you can make. After that I'd go with a mega vit / min supplement as a nice insurance policy.

Water, food, rest, calories, protein and hard, sensible, safe training. Get these right and the rest will follow.
