If you want to lose body fat you need to stick to 4 fundamental rules:
Participate in at least 3 weight training sessions per week.
Consume at least 1g of protein per lb of body mass per day.
Intake less calories than what you use up.
Drink at least 1-1.25 gallons of water per day.
