ive been doing a diet now for 8 weeks, it was designed for me by the guy who runs our gym.
morn-run30mins, 3 shredded wheat,2 scoops whey, tbsp flaxc seed oil.
meal 2- banana, 2 scoops whey.
meal 3- 200g jacket potatoe,150g chicken
meal 4- banana, 2 scoops whey.
