Ive read that weetabix is good for a breakfast for carbs is shredded wheat just as good? as thats what im eating at the moment with some strawberry whey protein on top to make it taste a bit nicer? then a handful of mixed seeds and nuts or a bannana.
I'm looking to buy some suppliments to aid my excercise program, i'm quite new to supplements and need some advice.
I'm looking firstly to lose belly fat, and then improve my strength. The excercises i'm doing in a week are football, martial arts and 2-3 1 hour+ sessions in the gym...
i have read in a magazine that white bread is better for bulking up. alhtough in my head i have all ways gone with wheat because i thought it was better for you and would take longer to digest there for slowly giving your body the nutrients they need.
I'm a first-timer to the forum and wouldnt mind a bit of help with my diet.
Any advice or tips would be appreciated. Im 32. 6ft 2 and 13.5 Stone and have just started training.
8am - 2 Shredded Wheat - Protein Shake.
10am - 2 pieces of toast with honey, P.Butter or Marmite.
