Food, Diet and Nutrition Info
Hi
I'm a first-timer to the forum and wouldnt mind a bit of help with my diet.
Any advice or tips would be appreciated. Im 32. 6ft 2 and 13.5 Stone and have just started training.
8am - 2 Shredded Wheat - Protein Shake.
10am - 2 pieces of toast with honey, P.Butter or Marmite.
1pm - Jacket...
