How much progress should I (39 year old male, 5'11", 12.5st) expect from a 3 day split with a healthy diet, assuming I'm training well?
How much muscle mass would be an honest reasonable expectation after an 8 week program?

Well have sprained the ligaments in my wrist on the first day training in feb, i have now just got out of hospital!!!
