work hard ,
diet could be better ,
as for supplements this is where i am confused , in the mornings i take skimmed milk with creatin and whey protein mixed, one l arginie capsule , one multivitamin, one codliver oil...

This will be my diet on a normal daily routine. I go to college Mon - Fri so I can't always get the time to eat things I would like or should do, and with my mates who can't as focused on their health and fitness, wanting to go to Subway etc its can get annoying.
