Can anyone offer some advice for moving forward to make some more gains
My diet is vegetarian so most of my protein comes from milk eggs and other dairy along with protein supplement, for this reason I kjnda have it in my head to just clean bulk and slowly...
I want to get toned abs. However I have some fat there and was wondering if I can burn the fat by going straight into the Abs exercises. Or do I have to lose the fat there first, get a flat stomach and then start doing Abs exercises.
please post your advices on how to go about it, im changing my diet from this week.Gym is going on fine. so come leave your advices would be appreciated.
im quite slim 5'11,68kg in weight.
my ideal traget weight is 63kg pure muscles. what do you think?
