I am taking the following supplements;
Is this the right combination or am I over supplementing? Any help is appreciated.
I'm going to start taking Clenbuterol (researched it properly, will build dose up and cycle two weeks on/off). I understand it's recommended to supplement with Taurine, as Clen depletes it.
How much Taurine should I take?
