I'm looking for a routine I can do in about 30 to 40 minutes, 3 times a week, maybe 4 times on a good week if I'm lucky.
My goal is to grow some muscles. I have access to a chain gym with all of the main equipment.
I'm 40 and have been lifting weights on and off...
I use the stronglifts 5x5 routine, its;
Workout a - Squats, Bench, Row.
Workout b - Squats, Overhead, Deads.
With a days rest between each. I add isolation exercises to each workout but do adhere to the days rest in between workouts.
I'm now about to start a Trenbolone cycle...

I've been lifting for 8 months and id say the last 3 of them I've been doing it properly.

I've been doing stronglifts for almost 6 months now my lifts have all improved I'm happy doing the routine but it's taking alot longer than 45 mins now the weights gone up due to me resting more.
My weights gone from 84kg to 94kg

So I've been training Stronglifts for about last 10 months, due to the every other day nature I've been usually been getting 2-3 workouts in a week (because of work).
The app has now switched a lot of the lifts to either 3x5 or 3x3 due to failures.

04/01/16 at 12Stone my Lifts were;
Squat = 30Kg for 5x5
Bench Press = 25kg for 5x5
Barbell Rows = 25Kg for 5x5
OP press 22.5Kg for 5x5
Deadlift = 40kg for 5x1
I've started back at the gym mainly to gain size
lm currently doing a modified 5x5 stronglifts workout
I go every other day and rest Saturday Sunday , I've basiclly been told I will see very little gains as I'm not working enough times in the week is this likely ?

Wondering what Stretches I should be doing after my Stronglift 5x5 routine?
I heard you don't need to stretch before SL5x5 because the warm-up sets do that, and I've heard doing certain stretches after the routine and holding the stretches for 60 seconds can be really good for you...
