  1. Hello, I’m looking for a routine I can do in about 30 to 40 minutes, 3 times a week, maybe 4 times on a good week if I’m lucky. My goal is to grow some muscles. I have access to a chain gym with all of the main equipment. Any suggestions? I’m 40 and have been lifting weights on and off for years but never stuck to anything consistently so don’t have much to show for it in terms of strength or size. I think I got my beginner gains and then never much beyond that! After being out of the gym for the last six months, I’m looking for something simple but effective I can stick to. I looked into the 5/3/1 Boring but Big which looked good at first (5 reps, 3 reps, 1 rep then 5x10 reps with a lighter weight) but then I noticed that is has lots of accessories and that would take me well over 40 mins. I’ve tried StrongLifts in the past and GreySkull LP but would always stall when I got back up to my max weight (after starting the programs with a very light weight). In the old days, I used to just do 3x8 push, pull, legs, but from reading on reddit, that seems to be derided these days? I liked the simplicity of this routine (eg push day: bench press, incline dumbbell, OHP, triceps) but it doesn't seem popular any more. Is push, pull, legs no good any more? Anything similar that works? Thanks
  2. Stronglifts 5x5 and Trenbolone

    Hi all. I use the stronglifts 5x5 routine, its; Workout a - Squats, Bench, Row. Workout b - Squats, Overhead, Deads. With a days rest between each. I add isolation exercises to each workout but do adhere to the days rest in between workouts. I'm now about to start a Trenbolone cycle My question is this; If I was to drop squats from one of the workouts and skip the rest day, would I get more out of my cycle or is the rest day still necessary? I obviously want to maximise the value of the cycle but Iam sticking to stronglifts for this cycle because I have the required equipment at home and am getting on with it well. I have already bought the cycle too. All opinions encouraged...
  3. Hello all, I have a few questions but thought I'd make a post first introducing myself and what I've been up to... Should save over long posts later on! I've been lifting for 8 months and id say the last 3 of them I've been doing it properly. I follow the Stronglifts 5x5 routine religiously and it's now got to the point where I'm unable to add weight, or at least regularly add weight weekly. I used Winstrol oral 50mg/day for 6 weeks, ending 6 weeks ago. Certainly noticed an improvement in tone and hardness but no massive strength increases. Which wasn't to be expected since I was at that point working with a deficit and losing fat. I have just purchased a Tren.A/Test.E cycle with Anastrozole, Cabergoline and Primobolan. I have Pregnyl, Nolvadex, Clomed for PCT. It has cost a fortune but there is no equally question that this is the real deal. Has anyone used this kind of stack, what are your experiences with it?

I've been doing stronglifts for almost 6 months now my lifts have all improved I'm happy doing the routine but it's taking alot longer than 45 mins now the weights gone up due to me resting more. My weights gone from 84kg to 94kg Current lifts are Squat 85kg Bench 70kg OHP 40 mark keep having to reload Deadlift 105kg Rows 65kg I'm noticing I'm struggling doing 5x5 on squats 3 times a week now and for the past 2 weeks have been doing 5 X 3 reps which lets my legs recover. Is it worth sticking to the routine? I've been adding in dips and a little bicep and tricep extras
