  1. MMA Specific Training
    I am experienced in weight lifting, MMA and Kickboxing. After a year out I am now training in traditional and sport Ju Justu. I have 2 maybe 3 afternoons a week spare and need a gym routine to get as big and strong as I can be whilst complementing my martial arts. Any ideas?
